Sosin Isso

Sosinisso is a restaurant in Seoul that specializes in galbi. It adds cream or spicy sauce to the galbi and serves it with rice cakes and glass noodles. You can walk in without waiting at 5 p.m., but after 5:30 it gets crowded and waits run 30 to 40 minutes. The portions of meat and side dishes are small.
