Sinchon Hwangso Gopchang

Sinchon Hwangso Gopchang is a gopchang restaurant in Changcheon-dong, Sinchon, Seoul. It cooks a gopchang modum as if frying it in oil, piles on chives, and keeps sprinkling a secret powder over it. The bokkeum-bap is ordered separately from the gopchang. The gopchang is chewy and oily.
