Seomun Myeonppal

Seomun Myeonppal is a noodle shop near Seodaemun Station in Seoul that serves jang kalguksu, hoe naengmyeon, and tteok mandu guk. Its signature jang kalguksu pairs a spicy, bold broth with beaten egg and chewy noodles. The meal comes with kimchi, geotjeori, and kkakdugi, and the broth is finished to the last drop. The jang kalguksu is on the salty side.
