Seohaean Kalguksu

Seohaean Kalguksu is a restaurant near Seodaemun Station in Seoul that serves kalguksu, bossam, and pajeon. Its bajirak kalguksu has a cool broth and chewy noodles, and the bossam comes with gul kimchi depending on the season. The restaurant has regulars who have been coming for over ten years, sells makgeolli, and is open only on weekdays. It draws many group diners, so the interior tends to be loud.
