Samwon Ilsik is a Japanese restaurant in Sinchon that serves hoedeopbap, cod soup, and sushi. The hoedeopbap holds thick aged hoe and vegetables, with large-cut mushrooms, onions, and cucumber namul on the side. It continues a 30-year tradition, and the owner and serving staff handle the food themselves. Soup and sashimi can also be ordered.
