Pobangteo Jjukkumi is a restaurant in the Hongeun-dong alleys of Seoul that serves spicy stir-fried jjukkumi on a hot plate. The jjukkumi is chewy and carries the scent of minari, and samgyeopsal and cheese rice cakes can be added. The medium spice level is about as hot as Shin Ramyun, and it is eaten with perilla leaf, mu ssam, and mayonnaise. Fried rice can be topped with cheese and flying fish roe.
