Pobang Sikdang is a Korean barbecue restaurant in the alleys of Pobangteo Market that grills galmaegisal and makchang. The galmak salt grill comes with galmaegisal and makchang together, eaten with a sauce made from soybean powder and cheongyang chili. The dining room holds only five or six tables, so in the evening you write your name on a waiting list and may wait until after 8 p.m. to eat. The makchang sometimes gives off a strong pork smell.
