Ohyang Mandu is a small Chinese restaurant in Yeonhui-dong, Seoul, that serves gunmandu, steamed mandu, and fried meat. The gunmandu are pan-fried until crisp with a thin wrapper and juicy filling, and steamed mandu and ohyang jangyuk are served as well. The dining room has about seven tables, so a wait forms even at 5:30 p.m. when the break ends, while takeout is available without a wait at weekend lunch. The space is small, and in the evening the mix of diners and drinking customers slows the turnover.
