Netsu Ramen

Netz Ramen is a Japanese restaurant in Hongje-dong that serves tonkotsu and miso ramen. The base ramen tastes similar to jjamppong, and the broth is made to suit Korean palates. The karaage is fried crisp on the outside and moist inside. The chashu is closer to firm samgyeopsal than to the soft texture of Japanese-style chashu.
