Neolbeokji Hoetjip

Nulbeokji Hoetjip serves hoe made from live and aged fish along with seafood courses near Seodaemun Station in Seoul. A course arrives in sequence: hoe, samgyeopsal, octopus, grilled abalone, and jiri-tang at the end. One course takes about three hours to eat, and the restaurant has a room that seats 16 people. Reservations are difficult to get because of the crowds.
