Myeongmun Kalguksu

Myeongmun Kalguksu is a small restaurant beside offices in Seoul serving kalguksu (knife-cut noodles) and sujebi (hand-torn dough soup). Its signature dish, kaljebi, combines kalguksu and sujebi in one bowl. Kalguksu, kaljebi, and sujebi can each be ordered as a single serving. Descriptions of the seasoning vary between mild and salty.
