Myeongmul Hwaro

Myeongmul Hwaro is a charcoal Korean barbecue restaurant on Myeongmul-gil in Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, near Sinchon Severance Hospital. It serves aged meat, centered on a mixed platter of various cuts, with pa kimchi, gang doenjang, kongnamul naengguk, and mu pa geotjeori brought to the table. Staff grill the first order of meat starting from the initial searing, and the kimchi bokkeumbap arrives on a griddle so the scorched rice at the bottom can be eaten, with cheese available as an add-on. It is close to Gyeongui Line Sinchon Station, but far from Sinchon Station on Line 2.
