Myeongdong Kalguksu

Myeongdong Kalguksu is a neighborhood restaurant in Seoul that serves hand-cut kalguksu and hand-made mandu soup. The kalguksu comes in a beef bone broth with kimchi and a sample portion of bossam on the side. Rice and broth are refilled without limit, and seats are almost full during lunch hours. The broth is thinner and greasier than before.
