Morae-nae Gopchang

Morae-nae Gopchang is a gopchang grill near Myongji University's humanities campus in Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, serving vegetable gopchang, egg gopchang, and vegetable sundae gopchang. Orders often mix egg gopchang into the vegetable gopchang and come with a house sauce, garlic, ssamjang, and lettuce wraps. The gopchang arrives already cooked and stays warm on an induction burner while you eat. Fried rice is made at the table from the leftover gopchang and vegetables, and the smell of gopchang fills the room.
