Morae-nae Dwaeji Galbi

Morae-nae Dwaeji Galbi is an old meat grill house near Morae-nae Market in Seoul that serves dwaeji galbi and dwaeji saenggalbi. The galbi is marinated lightly, neither sweet nor salty, and is eaten with gochujang or pa-jeori. The restaurant has been in business for 55 years, and its history includes a period of closure before it reopened. The taste has changed from what it once was.
