Milyang Dwaeji Gukbap is a pork soup rice restaurant near a railway line in central Seoul. The kitchen simmers broth in a large cauldron and serves it over rice as dwaeji gukbap, and it also sells charcoal grill items. Ordering gukbap lets you watch the broth being taken from the cauldron, and rice is refilled without limit. The side dishes are dry and the inside and outside of the restaurant are worn, so it does not suit people who are sensitive about hygiene.
