Mentsuru Sinchon

Mentsuru Sinchon is a Japanese ramen restaurant near Sinchon Station serving shoyu, shio, and paitan ramen along with horumon don. The yuzu shio ramen adds yuzu fragrance to a clear salt broth, and the abura soba mixes aged tarae noodles with a special oil and sauce. Bowls of rice can be added for free, and the shop has seats suited to eating alone and a large dining area. There is no tonkotsu ramen.
