Mapo Charcoal Galbi

Mapo Sutbul Galbi is an established barbecue restaurant in Seoul serving charcoal-grilled galbi, samgyeopsal (pork belly), and galbisal. The galbisal is served as a true rib cut rather than meat attached to the bone, and the seasoning is mild. Samgyeopsal (pork belly) is sliced to order, while sogogi jumul-lok is sliced and seasoned immediately. The doenjang jjigae uses an anchovy-stock base and has no strong seasoning taste.
