Kuorevero

Kuorevero is a one-chef Italian restaurant in Seoul that serves tomato seafood pasta, vongole aglio e olio, and pizza. The menu also includes the oil pasta Gems with eggplant, zucchini, and shrimp, gambas, and pickles that appear to be made in-house. The dining room has full-length windows, parking is available for three to four cars, and the pasta is light rather than strongly seasoned. Cooking takes time, so food tends to arrive slowly.
