Kim Panseok Sushi is a small sushi restaurant in the alleys of Sinchon, Seoul, serving sushi and salmon rolls. The couple set comes with 20 pieces of sushi, fried items, and udon. The sushi rice is neither sticky nor crumbly, so it holds together easily with chopsticks, and the fish is cut to a reasonable thickness. The shop and its tables are narrow, so there are not many seats during mealtimes.
