KATSUP

Katsup sits directly in front of the parking garage entrance at Sinchon Hyundai Department Store in Seoul, serving loin and tenderloin donkatsu along with kimchi katsunabe. The aged loin and tenderloin are served tender, and mix katsu and banban katsu can also be ordered. Customers pay in advance at a kiosk, then sit at single seats at a bar table with dividers, and rice, cabbage, and soup are refilled. Seat spacing is narrow and there is a long wait.
