Katsumi

Katsumi Sinchon serves gyukatsu and steak don at a Japanese-style steak restaurant in Sinchon, Seoul. The gyukatsu comes as meat the customer grills on a hot plate, and the double order is served in two rows. Staff will wipe down the grill when it burns, and the seating area is small. Certain cuts contain a lot of tendon and tough sections that are hard to chew.
