Jukhae Susan

Jukhaesusan is a snow crab restaurant behind Sinchon Hyundai Department Store in Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, serving snow crab and hoe. One snow crab comes with scallops and tuna hoe, and the meal ends with rice in the crab shell. Preparation takes about an hour, so reserve before visiting and call ahead for lunch.
