Jipbuljib

Jipbuljip is a meat restaurant near Yeonhui-dong in Seoul that par-grills samgyeopsal and pork galbi over straw before serving. Staff grill and cut the samgyeopsal and galbi, and the sides include Pyongyang-style naengmyeon and bokkeumbap. The parking lot is large, and the pre-grilling shortens the cooking time at the table. The selection of banchan is small.
