Jin Donburi

Jindonburi is a Japanese restaurant near Ewha Womans University in Seoul that serves sake don and gyu don. Its signature aburi sake don is made by torching salmon in front of the customer and placing it over rice and sauce. Rice and sauce can be refilled without limit, and seating is at a counter. There is a wait even at 8 p.m., and a late lunch also involves a wait before the meal.
