Jeonggane Pat Kalguksu

Jeonggane Pat Kalguksu is a noodle restaurant in Hongje-dong, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, serving pat kalguksu and bajirak kalguksu. The pat kalguksu comes with a thick broth, and salt or sugar is served alongside to adjust the seasoning. While waiting for the meal, barley rice is served by default and can be eaten with yeolmu kimchi. The bajirak kalguksu has plenty of clams and a clean broth.
