Jeju Dorodam

Jeju Dorodam is a restaurant in a narrow alley in Sinchon that grills Jeju pork over briquette fire. The pork collar and ogyeopsal geun-gogi are par-cooked before serving, then finished over the briquettes for added smoke. Staff grill the par-cooked meat and adjust the heat at the table. Table spacing is tight.
