Jayeon Dameun Hwaro

Jayeondameun Hwaro is a samgyeopsal restaurant in Sinchon, Seoul, where black pork ogyeopsal and black pork galbit-sal are grilled over charcoal. The black pork ogyeopsal and black pork galbit-sal are the representative menu items, and the galbi comes in a large portion with a soft marinade. Meat is served with vegetables, salad, doenjang jjigae and various side dishes. The meat tends to burn quickly once it is placed on the fire.
