Jangwidong Yuseongjip

Jangwi-dong Yuseongjip is a Hanwoo sirloin restaurant in Jangwi-dong. The sirloin is grilled over good charcoal and served with mu-chae and salt, keeping the focus on the meat. After the meal, janchi guksu arrives as thin somyeon noodles in a hot, rich anchovy broth. There is no gonggi bap.
