Hutdak Hutdak is an oven-roasted chicken restaurant in Seoul that serves oak wood-grilled whole chicken and noodles. Its nurungji tongdak comes with soft chicken, crisp skin, and savory scorched rice layered on the bottom. The chicken takes more than 30 minutes after ordering, and the wait can reach 40 to 50 minutes depending on when it comes out. There is no parking lot.
