Honggeun Son Kalguksu

Hong Eun Son Kalguksu is a restaurant near Hongje Station in Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, that serves only son kalguksu. The noodles come in a thick anchovy-based broth, soft from long cooking, and can be eaten with kimchi and daddagi. A raw egg can be added to the noodles if ordered, and the daddagi adds a sour taste. On weekends, the wait after being seated can be 30 to 40 minutes.
