Hongcho Buldak

Hongcho Buldak Sinchon is an old restaurant in Sinchon, Seoul, serving spicy buldak infused with charcoal smoke. It offers cheese buldak and super buldak in its signature fire-flavored sauce, along with nurungji, ojingeo, and tteokbokki. The menu and interior have stayed the same since it opened, so the taste is unchanged even after 20 years. It once had several branches, but now operates only in Sinchon.
