Gubok

Gubok is a Chinese restaurant near the Hyundai U-Plex at Sinchon intersection in Seoul, serving xiaolongbao and beef noodles. The xiaolongbao release juice into the mouth, and the beef noodles come in a spicy broth with chunks of meat. The beef noodle noodles soften quickly and the portion is small, and the xiaolongbao wrappers are thick. One owner runs the place alone, so waits for service are long when it is crowded.
