Gopchang Iyagi

Gopchang Iyagi Sinchon is a restaurant in Seoul that specializes in grilled gopchang and daechang. The daechang is eaten first, followed by cheese and egg fried rice or rice cakes on the side. The gopchang and daechang are substantial, and the rice cakes are fried separately so the outside is crisp and the inside stays moist. Hygiene management is poor.
