Gobau

Gobau is a meat restaurant in the alley in front of Yonsei University in Sinchon, Seoul, serving salt-grilled meat, samgyeopsal, and pork jowl for over 30 years. The menu also includes pork skin and galbi, and the meal comes with dried radish greens soup. It is a family-run old establishment now run by the son's couple and granddaughter. The restaurant no longer uses charcoal fire.
