Donppye Gongbang

Donppyeogongbang is a gamjatang restaurant near Yonsei University's main gate in Sinchon, Seoul, serving gamjatang, bone grill, and haejangguk. The cheese bone grill roasts pork backbone in an oven and tops it with spicy seasoning and cheese. The pork backbone is boiled for over 10 hours, so the meat falls easily off the bone, and the dining area has ample seating. The gamjatang comes with a self-serve flying fish roe fried rice set.
