Donbul 1971

Donbul 1971 is a pork restaurant in Sinchon that grills raw meat over charcoal. The ogyeopsal is seared over charcoal and finished by staff at the table, eaten with meljeot, fresh wasabi, and pa jeorim. Ordering three servings adds a choice of gyeranjjim as a service item, while kimchi kongnamul guk and gyeranjjim come by default. After the ogyeopsal, the meal can be finished with gochujang bulgogi and bibimbap.
