Deungchon Shabu Kalguksu Sinchon serves shabu-shabu, kalguksu and bokkeum bap together at its Sinchon branch in Seodaemun-gu, Seoul. The eolkeun beoseot kalguksu course starts with beef shabu-shabu in a broth with minari and mushrooms, then moves on to kalguksu and bokkeum bap. In winter the waiting area is covered with vinyl sheeting and warm boricha is provided. The kalguksu noodles come in a large portion, so broth is added to adjust the amount.
