Dami

Dami is an old kalguksu shop near the back gate of Ewha Womans University and Severance Hospital in Sinchon, serving knife-cut noodles and dumpling soup. The kal-mandu comes with soft knife-cut noodles and large dumplings, and beef head soup and kongguksu also draw many customers. At weekday lunch the shop fills with customers, and the interior has both floor seating and wide tables. Parking is difficult and the portions of kalguksu are not large.
