Cobaco

Kobako is a Japanese restaurant in the Sinchon area of Seoul that serves pork donkatsu along with udon, rice bowls, and sushi. It offers cheese donkatsu, shrimp tempura with Japanese curry, and udon. The owner or chef prepares the food and serves customers directly. Water and donkatsu sauce are self-service, and kimchi, danmuji, pickled cucumber, and salad vegetables can be added without limit.
