Choi Katsu

Choikatsu is a Japanese tonkatsu restaurant near Jeungsan Station in Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, serving hirekatsu and roskatsu. Each cutlet is fried to order, and the special roskatsu is available in a limited daily quantity. The soup is a meat-based doenjang-guk with an unusual flavor resembling vegetable tuna, and curry and salad are also offered. The dining area seats 8 to 10 people at a counter, so space is tight.
