Cheonjin Bunsik

Cheonjin Bunsik is a Chinese dumpling shop in the alley in front of Ewha Womans University in Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, serving wantan noodles, wantan gukbap, and gunmandu. The gunmandu is fried until the wrapper is crisp, with a juicy filling inside, and the noodles come with corn noodles, glass noodles, and mung bean sprouts. The wok is fired when an order is placed, so the food comes out quickly, cucumber salad is served by default, and other side dishes are taken from a self-service bar. The wantan gukbap sometimes has only two wantan or none at all.
