Cheongan Siktak

Cheongan Sikdak is a North Korean-style dakgaejang restaurant near Chungjeongno Station in Seoul. The clear, mild chicken broth comes with chicken and large pieces of daepa, served with kkakdugi and ojingeojeot. The lunch hour draws a crowd, but arriving a little early means being seated without waiting. The dakjuk is limited in quantity, so it cannot be ordered later in the day.
