Chai Road

Chai Road is a Chinese restaurant near Chungjeongno Station in Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, serving jjaengban jjajang and jjamppong. Its signature dishes are jjaengban jjajang stir-fried in chili oil, yuringi, and tangsuyuk made with thick cuts of meat. At lunch the wait is long enough that reservations are needed, and food comes out quickly. The dining room is small, with tables packed close together and sound echoing inside.
