Boss Donkaz

Sajangnim Donkkaseu Bonjeom is a restaurant near Ewha Womans University that serves Korean-style donkkaseu alongside naengmyeon and jjolmyeon. Its regular donkkaseu comes in two cuts, deungsim and ansim, and is served in an old-fashioned style with a morning roll and jam on the side. Orders are placed at a kiosk, staff bring the food to the table, and diners return their own trays and dishes. The sauce is on the sweet side.
