Bokseonggak is an old Chinese restaurant near Yonsei University in Sinchon, Seoul, serving tangsuyuk, jjajangmyeon, and jjamppong. The tangsuyuk comes with sauce poured over it and stays crisp, and the Shanghai noodles are a moderately spicy stir-fried noodle dish. A Chinese immigrant family began running it in the 1950s, and the halls and rooms spread across three floors of the building suit group gatherings. The jjamppong is good, but prices are on the high side.
