Baeksojeong Sinchon

Baek Sojeong Sinchon serves mazesoba, tonkatsu, and udon near Sinchon Station and Yonsei University. The mazesoba mixes chewy noodles with a salty, spicy sauce, and the remaining sauce is mixed with rice to eat. The tonkatsu has a crispy coating and a thick interior. The shop has many tables, including two-person seats, food comes out quickly, and cheese katsu and fried shrimp also come out crispy and can be chosen together as a set.
