Modakbul Chicken BBQ House is in the Sasan area of Busan and serves charcoal-grilled dakgalbi and chicken grilled in the style of pork galbi. The pre-cooked dakgalbi is grilled on a charcoal griddle that you turn yourself, then dipped in mustard sauce. Besides dakgalbi, the menu includes chicken kalguksu, choegye noodles, makguksu and chicken gomtang. The charcoal is lit after ordering and takes time to arrive, and the marinade burns easily, so the heat needs adjusting and the meat needs turning often while it cooks.
