Higebouzu

Yakitori Higebozu is a yakitori restaurant in a busy area near Susukino in Sapporo. It is the only place in Hokkaido that uses Kosaka chicken, grilling thigh, neck meat, tsukune and liver over charcoal. The restaurant serves only course meals and has a small counter with 8 to 10 seats. Wine is ordered by the bottle only, with no glasses or pairings.
