Café Kanon

Cafe Canon sits on the seventh floor of the Marui Imai Sapporo Main Store in Sapporo, in the back. It serves fluffy pancakes made with Hokkaido rice flour, desserts, and coffee, including pancakes topped with mango and coffee cream, white peach Earl Grey pancakes, rice flour chiffon cake, and chocolate terrine. It opens at 11 a.m. daily, and window seats are first come, first served without reservations. From the window sofa seats, the Sapporo TV Tower is visible at a large size, and the pancakes are soft but small, so the portion is on the light side.
